What are your business hours?

Our business hours are from 8AM to 5PM on weekdays, but our facility is accessible 24/7 to renters. If you’d like to rent a unit, please contact us during business hours to speak with a member of our team.

What do your rental terms look like?

Instead of locking our customers into long-term contracts, we make things easy by offering convenient month-to-month rental terms. Whether you need a storage unit for a few weeks or several months, we’d be happy to provide a hassle-free solution for you.

Does your facility have any security features in place?

Absolutely. Our self-storage facility features 24-hour video surveillance, an automated gate to prevent unauthorized access, privacy fencing, and plenty of outdoor lighting to ensure your safety and your peace of mind.

Do you have storage options for business owners?

Yes, many local business owners and contractors rely on our storage units to safely stow away seasonal equipment, tools, inventory, and other items until they need them. We’re happy to help people keep their workplaces clean, well-organized, and efficient.

What unit sizes are available?

You can choose from four different unit sizes according to your unique needs: 5×10, 10×10, 10×15, and 10×25.

Are the units climate-controlled?

Although our storage units are clean, durable, and resistant to the elements, they’re not climate-controlled. We ask you to use caution if storing items that might be sensitive to humidity or temperature fluctuations, such as electronics.

How do I figure out which storage unit is right for me?

If you’re not sure how much space you’ll need, we encourage you to speak with one of our team members for personalized recommendations. We’ll help you select the right option that will offer plenty of room without exceeding your budget.

When might someone need short-term storage?

Short-term storage solutions are advantageous in a wide variety of situations. Can I switch to a different sized unit after starting the rental period?

Yes, just let our team know if you need a larger or smaller space, and we’ll promptly inform you when another unit is available.

Do you provide locks for the storage units?

Instead of supplying locks for our renters, we ask each individual to provide their own lock. This additional layer of security ensures that only they can access their unit.

Is the self-storage facility accessible to larger vehicles, like moving trucks?

Yes! We intentionally placed wide roads throughout our property to make it easy for people to drive their cars, trucks, or other vehicles directly up to their storage unit. This makes loading and unloading items a breeze.

How soon can I start moving items into my unit?

We’ve worked hard to make the rental process quick and easy. Once we approve your application and receive your first payment, you can have immediate access to your storage space.

Are there any items I can’t store in my unit?

To maintain a safe and clean facility, we don’t allow renters to store any toxic, hazardous, or flammable materials in our units. Perishable food, plants, and other goods that may rot or attract pests are also not permitted. If you have any questions about specific possessions we allow in our facility, please give us a call.

Do you have any packing or organizing tips for self-storage renters?

Start by clearly labeling all boxes to make it easier to locate your belongings later. Once you arrive at our facility, put the heaviest items in first, taking care to leave a small walkway to the back of your unit. This will eliminate the possibility of spotting something you need in the back corner and being unable to reach it without rummaging through your other things. Stacking items in similar categories, such as kitchen supplies or seasonal decor, is also a wise idea.
